So I might be a little gun shy.....................

So after finding a Leak-down kit and figuring out how to keep the crank from moving by myself (2 vise grips on the flexplate..... it sucks there is a cross member in the way so you can't use a flywheel turning tool.)

10. 100# in 98# out 9. 100# in 98# out
8. 100# in 96# out 7. 100# in 99# out
6. 100# in 98# out 5. 90# in 89# out
4. 100# in 98# out 3. 90# in 89# out
2. 90# in 88# out 1. 100# in 98# out

Compression is 170-175#'s

This is either the tightest 30,000 mile engine ever or I did something wrong LOL

Either way I'm happy.

Eddie, I took the breather filters out, cleaned them and didn't re-oil them. I see what you are saying, maybe with the oil on them it is not allowing the engine to breath and is blowing the oil out. Still funny that no oil goes in the can, only water gets in there and again that is only when its on meth.

From the catch can post. Everything that Prof told me to look for IS there. It is spraying oil due to blow-by/crankcase pressure. Said look at the oil drain plug, and there was metal dust all around it and a small curled piece of metal on the tip............kind of like what you would see on a lathe. 2MM long maybe. Also some how I'm down on power, seat of the pants dyno says its down and the pitiful showing against the stock QC has me worried. But I'm set up to race Ali tomorrow. Gauging how I do against her will judge how I'm doing now.

Also blow-by is the only thing I can see would allow W/M in the engine.......... seems to me that the W/M is being injected into the engine. And what's not burned is bypassing the pistons, getting into the crankcase where it is cooked off, and condenses into the catch cans........... someone's had to have had this problem. Maybe a progressive system?

Then If I get advice from my Brain Trust...........Y'all. Then I'll dyno and see what it is doing.

Right before I did the left bank I buttoned it up and drove it to reheat the engine. I got on it and it felt tuff, put me in my seat. Hasn't done that lately.

I'm still going to build the engine no matter what, I obviously need the assurance of a forged engine
