air\fuel on mach 1 mustang

I know this is a viper truck forum but I have a buddy that has a mach 1 mustang and when he cranks his car the a\f is good around 13.5 but as the motor warms up it goes up to 17 to 19. and at wide open throttle it is at 12.5. He has a SCT on it and his tuner guy says that is normal but whrn it warms up it will not idle. Any suggestions on a new tuner person or is this normal?

Where does he live? Modular Powerhouse built my brother's twin turbo cobra and is the best tuner shop that I know of. Also use SCT. Located in Cartersville, Ga. Get him to sign up and post on www.modularpowerhouse.com/forums. At least he can get some solid answers there. They don't send tunes via email unless they've already tuned your car in person and you just need a small change.

I've never seen one idle that lean, but WOT is fine.
