What does a pretty much stock QC 6-speed run? ANy idea?

Mine as an auto ran 13.9@99 bone stock. With 6 speed, exhaust (no headers), ported intake, CAI, and rough tune it ran 13.1. It was also a one piece driveshaft, alum flywheel and Centerforce as well. I'd say the swap alone with no other changes to a stock engine should net and easy .5 of a second.

It'd depend more on the driver than anything else

Driver is very important. If RC's came with an auto, youd have way way more quicker trucks on this forum. Way more boring trucks too:dontknow:
